01 General Provisions and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 7betd platform and all its services. By accessing the 7betd.cam website, creating an account, or using any game or betting service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform. 7betd reserves the right to amend or modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this page, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

If these terms are published in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version will be considered the original. These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh.

• Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

7betd may conduct identity verification at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. A National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested. Deposits and withdrawals may be restricted until the verification process is complete.

03 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

7betd ensures easy and fast transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and banking services. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.2 Deposit Process

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact our 24/7 live chat support. The account holder name and payment method name must match for deposits.

3.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

04 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

7betd offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 100% bonus on the first deposit is provided up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the promotions page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If any unusual betting pattern is detected with the intent of exploiting bonus offers, 7betd reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and cancel any associated winnings.
• A bonus applies to only one account per household or IP address.
• 7betd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

The 7betd VIP program has four tiers. Cashback is paid weekly:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

05 Betting Rules

All bets on the 7betd platform are considered final, and once a bet is placed it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. The following general betting rules apply to all games and sports betting.

5.1 Sports Betting

• Bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, FIFA World Cup, and various other international cricket and football events.
• Bets must be placed before the match starts or within the designated time.
• If a match or event is cancelled or incomplete, the original stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.

5.2 Casino Games

• Specific rules apply to all casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games, etc.) and can be found within the game interface.
• The game provider's own rules apply (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet for that round will generally be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• In Aviator (Spribe) and all other crash games, if you do not manually cash out before the crash, the bet is forfeited.

5.3 Suspicious Betting Activity

If any bet is found to be suspicious, manipulated, or placed through any prohibited method, 7betd reserves the right to void that bet and withdraw any associated winnings.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7betd platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account using false, misleading, or another person's identity.
• Running deliberate betting strategies intended to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse, arbitrage betting).
• Assisting minors in opening or using an account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using hacking, software, or bots to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Engaging in rude, threatening, or abusive behavior toward other players or staff.
• Attempting to deposit to or withdraw from a third-party account.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by 7betd

7betd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any violation of these terms is detected.
• If fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity is suspected.
• If cooperation with the identity verification process is not provided.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

7.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your own account. To do so, contact our 24/7 live chat support or reach us at [email protected]. If any pending bonus wagering requirements have not been met before the account is closed, the bonus will be cancelled. However, any real money balance excluding bonuses will be returned.

7.3 Inactive Account Policy

If there is no login or transaction for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, which will be deducted from the balance — however, the balance will not go below zero.

08 Technical Issues & Limitation of Liability

7betd strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, unexpected disruptions or outages may occur due to technical reasons. 7betd will not be liable in the following situations:

• If a game or bet is not completed due to an internet connection failure.
• If the service is unavailable during server maintenance or upgrades.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).
• If a game result is irregular due to an unexpected technical error — in such cases, the bet will be cancelled and the amount refunded.
• If any loss occurs due to an issue with your device or network.

7betd will not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond actual losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the actual balance in your account.
